1054 CALDICELLULOSIRUPTOR MEDIUMNH4Cl 0.9g NaCl  0.9g MgCl2·6 H2O0.4g MgCl2 7.0g K2HPO41.5g KH2PO4 0.75g Trypticase peptone 2.0g 酵母提取物 (Difco)  1.0g Trace element solution SL-10（见培养基1064）1.0 mlFeCl3·6 H2O solution (0.1% w/v in 0.2 N HCl) 2.5 mlNa-resazurin solution (0.1% w/v)0.5mlL-Cysteine-HCl·H2O0.75gCellobiose 1.0g 蒸馏水  1.0L Dissolve ingredients except cysteine and cellobiose. Sparge medium with 100% N2 gas for 30 – 45 min to make it anoxic then add cysteine and adjust pH to 7.2. Distribute medium under same gas atmosphere into anoxic Hungate-type tubes or serum vials and autoclave. Add cellobiose after autoclaving from an anoxic stock solution prepared under 100% N2 gas atmosphere and sterilized by filtration. Adjust pH of the complete medium to 7.2 if necessary.
